Who it is for Agency Suite is for TikTok LIVE talent agencies: the companies that sign LIVE creators, look after them through TikTok LIVE Backstage and reward them each month. Any agency can open its own workspace, in any market where it has a Backstage account. Creators do not sign up on their own; they join the agency they already work with. Roles: - Owner: sees the whole agency (every creator's month, the levels, the pay rules and the team), sets the levels and the pay rules, and decides what each member of staff can do. - Agent (staff): works their own book, meaning the creators assigned to them, through their own Backstage seat. The owner can widen what an agent sees one permission at a time: see every creator, edit creators, handle requests, run programmes, manage the roster, post announcements. Where the figures come from The agency connects the TikTok Backstage login it already uses. The app signs in on the agency's behalf and reads its monthly figures. It only reads: it never posts, changes or buys anything on TikTok. It is not an official TikTok API or partnership. The first read starts on its own and usually takes about ten minutes. After that the roster is read again about every two hours. A read has to cover at least 88% of the roster before it may write anything, so a half-finished read never becomes a wrong number. A figure that has not been read shows as a dash, never as a zero. When TikTok asks for a two-step verification code, the app holds the sign-in open for up to three minutes while the person whose login it is types the code into the app, and then the read carries on. Only the person whose login it is can answer the challenge. Until the owner's own Backstage seat has shown the agency is real, by bringing back its name or its roster, the agency cannot invite staff or creators, post announcements or hand out its join code. ## 5. How pay by level works 1. The owner sets the level ladder: five rungs by default, each with a threshold. 2. The owner sets the pay rules, which follow either the levels or the diamonds and are built from three parts: a share of diamonds for each rung, a bonus for holding a level, and a bonus for climbing one. 3. Before publishing, the owner sees the formula priced against a real creator's month. 4. A published formula takes effect on the first of the next month, so nobody's month changes while it is running. 5. One creator can have a deal of their own: a flat share, a curve, or a target, where reaching a set number of diamonds earns a fixed reward and falling short earns nothing. Overrides can be set for one creator or for a whole selection. 6. Every month lands in a ledger the owner marks as paid. The agency pays people the way it already does; the app moves no money.
