# Devign Agency Suite > Devign Agency Suite is an iPhone and Android app for TikTok LIVE talent agencies, made by Devign LLC (Wyoming, USA; team in Lebanon). An agency connects the TikTok Backstage account it already uses, and the app reads each creator's monthly figures (diamonds, valid days, LIVE hours, estimated bonus contribution), keeps the roster, places every creator on a five-rung level ladder, works out what each creator is owed under rules the owner sets, and gives creators their own view of their month. A read has to cover at least 88% of the roster before it writes anything. Unread figures show as a dash, never a zero. - Levels: an activeness ladder, five rungs by default, with owner-set thresholds; hold-level and rank-up bonuses. - Pay: pay follows levels or diamonds; a formula builder priced against a real creator's month; publishes on the first of the next month; per-creator and bulk overrides (flat share, curve, or a diamond target that earns a fixed reward); a ledger marked as paid. Amounts can be shown in Coins or a local currency at a rate the owner sets. No money moves. - Team: owner and agent roles, a per-person permission matrix, agent books, a pay-visibility scope (nobody, own book, everyone), a rotating agency join code with an owner-approved queue, and a Backstage seat per member of staff with a two-step verification relay (the sign-in is held open for up to three minutes). - Queues: boost requests, PK match requests, referrals, appeals, content reports, join applications and policy acknowledgements, each with a decision attached. - Announcements: to the whole agency or a chosen audience; opening one is the read receipt. - Creators: their own month, level and standing; nothing about anybody else; join by invitation (valid 14 days), by the agency's join link with the owner's approval, or by signing in with TikTok. - Optional, off by default: a points programme (a virtual in-app unit with no cash value) and an AI growth coach (a third-party language model, owner consent required, weekly allowance of turns). ## Security and data - Backstage credentials are encrypted with a key per agency, market and person; no screen, export or endpoint returns one; every decryption is audited. - Each agency has its own database. - Every signed-in route must declare its scope or the build fails. - Session list and remote sign-out on any device.
