Delete your account

You do not need the app for this, and you do not need your password. We will email a code to the address on the account.

What deleting takes

• Your name and profile picture
• Your email address and your password — you will not be able to sign in again
• Every note an agency had written about you
• Every session on every device

What an agency keeps

Any agency you have worked with keeps its own record of the months you worked there, with your name taken off it. That is the agency's business record — it is what a payout is reconciled against, and what a tax authority asks it for — and it no longer says who you are.

Deleting is permanent. There is no way to undo it and no way to get the account back afterwards.
