Delete your Devign Agency Suite account

Delete your account and its personal data from right here. No app, no password and no sign-in: your email address, and a six-digit code we send to it.

Start here

We email a six-digit code to the address on the account. Typing it back is how we know the request came from you and not from somebody who merely knows your address.

The address you sign in with. If you signed in with Apple or Google, use the address that account uses.

Prefer the app? Open Account and then Delete your account. It does exactly the same thing.

One thing can stop it. If you are the last owner of an agency, deletion is refused until somebody else there is an owner and has accepted. That is the only reason this fails, and you will be told before anything is removed.

What is removed, and what is kept

Removed immediately

  • Your name and any stored avatar
  • Your email address and your password, so you cannot sign in again
  • Your user ID and your account record
  • Your in-app content, and every note an agency had written about you
  • Your permanent Backstage creator ID
  • Every session, on every device

Kept, and why

  • An agency's own business record of the months you worked there, for as long as its operation and the law require it
  • The TikTok handle used to reconcile a payout, for the same reason
  • Security records, and the record that a deletion was requested, where they cannot lawfully be altered

Your display name, your notes and your Backstage creator ID are removed from those records. What is left is a figure and a month, which is what an agency has to be able to stand behind after you have gone. The privacy policy sets out each of these.
