TikTok LIVE creator management and roster

CN Creator App gives an agency one roster of every creator, with their month and the agent who looks after them.

Search and filter the roster, select creators in bulk, and assign them to agents. An agency that works in more than one market runs each market as its own workspace, switched from a single account.

Each agent sees the creators assigned to them, and the owner decides how much more an agent can see, one permission at a time.

Creator performance tracking

CN Creator App tracks each creator's diamonds, diamonds from matches, valid days, LIVE duration, number of LIVEs, new followers and PK matches, per creator and per month.

The figures are read from the agency's own TikTok Backstage account, read-only, and refresh automatically. A figure that has not been read shows as a dash, never as a zero.

Creators see the same figures for themselves, so the agency and the creator are looking at one set of numbers.

Levels, targets and bonus tracking

The owner sets an activeness level ladder, and every creator can see where they stand on it and what it takes to hold or climb.

Pay rules follow either the levels or the diamonds. Before a rule is published, the owner sees the result priced against a real creator's month, and creators see the published rules as their bonus.

Targets and bonus progress show who is close to a goal. The app works out what each creator is owed and keeps a ledger the owner marks as paid. It never takes, sends or holds the money.

Creator onboarding and recruitment

An agency brings creators in three ways: an invitation it sends, its join link with the owner's approval from a queue, or the creator signing in with TikTok and claiming a matching row on the roster.

Creators can also refer other creators from inside the app. Staff check each referral and invite the person or decline with a note, and everyone sees its status until the creator has joined.

A creator cannot give themselves a place on a roster: the agency always decides.

AI setup assistant and spreadsheet import

A new agency owner can set the agency up through a guided conversation with an optional AI setup assistant, which walks through connecting Backstage, bringing creators in and opening invitations.

The assistant is optional and asks for the owner's agreement on a consent screen before anything leaves the app. The agency can also set up without it.

An agency that keeps its months in a spreadsheet can import an Excel or CSV file instead. The app reads the columns and the month, shows what it matched, and nothing is saved until the owner has checked it. A Backstage Creator data export works best.

Weekly and monthly creator reports

CN Creator App creates a weekly and a monthly report for each creator, and the creator reads them in the app under My reports.

The agency chooses when reports arrive and who receives one, and a sample report with made-up figures shows what a report looks like.

Events, boosts, PK matches and announcements

  • Events. Staff create an event, add a reward and award the top places. Creators tap Going and follow the standings.
  • Boosts and PK matches. Creators ask for a boost or a PK match from the app. The agency answers every request from one list, with a note.
  • Announcements. Posts to the whole agency or a chosen audience that arrive on the phone. Opening one is the read receipt, so the owner can see who has not.
  • Appeals and requests. A creator raises a problem as an appeal, and staff answer it from a queue and set its status.

Trends shows creators what is popular right now in a country they pick, by category: football, music, entertainment, gaming, apps and viral, as ideas for what to talk about.

Learn is a library of short TikTok LIVE lessons, grouped into courses, inside the app, so creators can learn without leaving it.

Team roles and permissions

There are two staff roles, owner and agent. The owner sees the whole agency and decides what each person can see or do, including whether an agent can see pay.

Each member of staff connects their own Backstage login and works the creators assigned to them. A join code with an approval queue brings new staff in.

Your agency's branding and home screen

An agency can put its own logo and accent colour on the app and see a live preview of its Home before it saves.

The owner can also arrange the home screen for each role, one layout for the team and one for creators, and reset to the default at any time.

Optional AI growth coach

The AI growth coach is an optional add-on that is off until the owner switches it on. It uses a third-party language model, and the owner must first agree on a consent screen to what leaves the app.

Pro and Elite plans compared

CN Creator App has two plans, Pro and Elite. Both include the roster, the monthly figures, pay rules and the tools a team uses every day. Elite adds the AI growth coach, Trends, weekly and monthly creator reports, your agency's own logo and colours, a home screen layout for each role, and a web console for your team.

The table shows what each plan includes and the limits on each. A tick means the plan includes it, and a dash means it does not.

What these features do not do

  • The app never takes, sends, holds or processes the money between an agency and its creators.
  • It reads the agency's own Backstage account and is not an official TikTok API product. It does not detect TikTok violations or deduct penalties.
  • It does not promise any creator earnings: it reports and works out figures from the agency's own rules.
