Help with the Devign Agency Suite app and this website. A person reads what you send, and that person answers it.

info@devignlb.com

Usually the same day, at worst the next working one. No ticket number, no queue, no bot in between.

What to put in the email

These four lines are normally enough to fix it without a second email.

  • The email address on your account. It is how we find you.
  • Your agency, and which side you are on: staff there, or a creator.
  • What happened and roughly when, with a screenshot if you have one.
  • If it is about a month: which month, and which TikTok handle.

Never send us a password. We will never ask for one, and nobody here can read one in any case — not the password on your account, and not the Backstage login your agency connected.

Getting started

How do I register my agency?

Install the app and choose to create an agency. It takes an email address and a password. We email you a six-digit code, you type it back, and you are in your own workspace.

There is no application, no sales call and nobody to wait for. Sign-up is free, and the workspace is yours the moment the code is confirmed.

What does it cost?

Nothing. There is no paid tier, no card on file and no billing anywhere in the product today. The app takes, sends, holds and processes no money of any kind, and it links to no payment service.

Can a creator sign up without being invited?

Yes, but an account is not a seat. Anybody may make an account; nobody can give themselves a place on an agency roster. You create the account, name your TikTok handle, and the agency approves or declines you from its applicants queue. Until somebody there says yes, the account can read nothing.

The quickest route is still to ask whoever manages you for the agency join link, or for an invitation.

Invitations and join links

The invitation link will not open

Tap the link where you received it rather than typing the address in. A phone hands a link to an app only when it is tapped, and a typed one lands on a web page instead.

Make sure it arrived whole. Everything after the # is the invitation itself, so a link that was shortened, wrapped by a chat app, or copied in two pieces has lost it.

If the app opens and does nothing, it may be signed in as somebody else. Sign out, then tap the link again. The invitation page says the same thing to whoever is holding the link.

My invitation has expired

An invitation is good for 14 days. Ask whoever invited you to send a fresh one: it takes a few seconds from the roster. The new one replaces the old, so any earlier copy of the link stops working.

If the replacement also fails, write to us with the address on your account and the name of the agency, and we will find out why.

Nobody has sent me an invitation

Invitations come from your agency, not from us, and most agencies send them the way they already talk to you: a TikTok message or WhatsApp. Where your agency holds your email address it can send the link there too, from suite@devignlb.com under the agency name. Check the spam folder before assuming it never went.

We cannot invite you ourselves. Who is on a roster is the agency decision and we do not make it for them.

Signing in

I have forgotten my password

Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in screen. It emails a code to the address on the account, and the code lets you set a new password. Passwords cannot be recovered, only replaced: we store a hash, and nobody here can read the original.

Codes are sent from suite@devignlb.com, though the sender name may be your agency. If one does not arrive, check the spam folder before asking for another. When it still never comes it is almost always one of three things: the wrong address, a spam filter, or an account that does not exist because the invitation was never accepted.

I have lost access to my email address

That is the hard one, because the address is how we know it is you. Every route back into an account runs through it.

Write to us from any address you can reach. Tell us the old one and which agency you are with, and we will work it out with the agency rather than take either side word for it on its own.

I signed in and almost nothing is there

An account with no approved seat can read nothing, on purpose. If you applied to an agency, the request is sitting in its queue until somebody there decides it. If you were invited, the invitation has to be opened before the seat exists.

Nudge whoever manages you first. They can see the request and approve it in one tap.

The Backstage connection

Connecting Backstage failed, or no figures have arrived

Figures come from your agency own TikTok Backstage account. The app signs in with the login you connected and reads your monthly figures for you. It is read-only: it never posts, messages or changes anything on TikTok, and it is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok.

When a connection stops working it is nearly always that the Backstage password changed, or that TikTok wants a two-step code. Open the Backstage screen in the app, connect that market again with the current password, and the first read starts on its own.

Each member of staff connects their own seat and sees the creators TikTok gave them. A colleague connection is not reachable from yours, not even by an owner, so a market somebody else connected has to be reconnected by that person.

TikTok is asking for a two-step verification code

That is expected, and the app is built for it. It parks the sign-in on the TikTok challenge and shows you a field. Type the code TikTok emailed you into the app, and the read carries on from where it stopped.

The field stays open for a few minutes only, because behind it a real sign-in is being held open. If it closes, start the connection again with the code to hand. Only the person whose login it is can answer the challenge.

Can anybody see our Backstage password?

No. It is vaulted when you connect it, and no screen, no export and no endpoint in this product will show it back: not to a colleague, not to an owner, and not to us. The Backstage screen shows a redacted copy so you can tell which login is connected, and nothing more. Disconnecting deletes it.

Figures and what they mean

A month looks wrong

Start with your agency. What you see here is what TikTok reported to them, read through the agency own Backstage login and reproduced rather than calculated, so a number that looks wrong is usually a question about what TikTok counted: which days were valid, which streams were included.

A figure that has not been read shows as a dash, never as a zero, and a read that did not reach most of the roster is thrown away rather than written, so a half-finished read never becomes a wrong number. Your agency sees the same row you do, and it is the one that reconciles it against any payout. Payouts happen outside the app.

If you have already asked them and the number here does not match what TikTok shows them, that one is ours. Write to us with the month and the handle and we will trace where the figure came from.

My points balance looks off

The points programme is optional, and it is off unless your agency switched it on. If you cannot find it anywhere in the app, that is why, and nothing is missing from your account.

Where it is on, points are a virtual in-app unit with no cash value and nothing to purchase. Your agency sets what earns them and what they are worth in its own catalog, so a balance that looks wrong is a question for your agency first.

I cannot see a creator I should be able to see

An agent sees the creators on their own book and no further. If somebody has been handed to a different agent, they leave your list.

An owner or a manager at your agency can move them back. We deliberately cannot: deciding who looks after whom is the agency call, not ours.

Your account and your data

How do I delete my account?

You do not need us for it. In the app, open Account and then Delete your account. Without the app, use the deletion page on this site, which needs no app and no password: your email address, and a code we send to it. Either way it happens immediately and it is permanent.

There is one case where it refuses: if you are the last owner of an agency. Appoint somebody else as an owner first and wait for them to accept, because an invitation nobody has opened would leave the agency just as stranded. In the app you can instead choose to close the agency along with your account. From this website, if there is nobody to hand it to, write to us and we will close it with you.

The privacy policy sets out what is removed and what an agency keeps as its own business record.

A copy of my data, a correction, or a complaint

Same address, and we charge for none of it. Write to info@devignlb.com and say which of the four you want: a copy, a correction, an erasure, or to complain about how something was handled.

What is held and why is set out in the privacy policy; what we have both agreed to is in the terms of service.

Reporting a security problem

Send it to info@devignlb.com with what you did and what you saw. We would much rather hear about it than not.

We will not come after anybody who tells us in good faith and does not go digging through other people's data, and we will tell you when it is fixed. There is no bounty programme, and we will not pretend there is one.

Please do not test against a real agency's roster. If you need an account to demonstrate something, ask and we will make you one.

Still stuck? Write to info@devignlb.com with the four lines above. There is nothing else to fill in, and nowhere else for it to queue.
