Home is the agency's month so far: diamonds, what the month comes to in Coins, how many creators have been read, and anything that needs you today, in one sentence with one button. Not a dashboard you interpret; a page that tells you.
An agent connects their own Backstage seat and sees the creators TikTok gave them: their figures, their levels, their requests. A colleague's creators are not hidden behind a filter; they are not on the phone at all. The owner decides what each person can do, down to whether they can see what anyone else is paid.
A creator sees their figures as the agency reads them, their level on the ladder and what it takes to hold or climb it, where they place, and what the month comes to under the rules their agency published. They can ask for a boost or a PK match, open an appeal, and read the answer in the same place. In English, Arabic or Turkish.
Choose whether pay follows levels or diamonds. Build the formula out of the figures you already read and watch it price against a real creator's month before you publish it. Override a share for one creator or for a whole selection. Every month lands in a ledger you mark as paid.

Your Backstage login is stored encrypted, and no screen shows it back.

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form, and your email is verified with a code.

You do not ask us for anything, and the app changes nothing on TikTok. You connect the Backstage account your agency already signs in to, and the app reads your own figures on your behalf by signing in on a schedule, not through an official TikTok API. Whether your agreement with TikTok allows a connected service is your agency's decision, so check it first (Terms of Service, section 8.3). CN Creator App is made by an official TikTok LIVE agency partner and TikTok games partner, but it is not a TikTok product and TikTok has not endorsed it.
Your login is stored encrypted and no screen shows it back. Each member of staff connects their own login, so people work from their own seat.
The app waits for the code. You type the emailed code into the app and the read carries on. Only the person whose login it is can do this.
No. It works out what each creator is owed under the rules you set, and keeps a month-by-month ledger you mark as paid. Money moves the way it already does at your agency.
Only if you say so. Pay visibility is set per person: nobody, their own book, or everyone. An agent can price their own creators without ever seeing the rest of the agency.

Yes. Each market is its own workspace with its own roster and its own Backstage login, switched from one account.

Install the app, tap "I am starting an agency" on the Agency tab, confirm your email, and you are in. Creators do not sign up here. They join the agency they already work with.
