Explained

What is Devign Agency Suite?

Devign Agency Suite is a management app for TikTok LIVE talent agencies, on iPhone and Android. It reads each creator's monthly figures (diamonds, valid days and LIVE hours) from the agency's own TikTok Backstage account, keeps the roster, places creators on a level ladder, works out what each creator is owed under rules the owner sets, and gives every creator a view of their own month. It is made by Devign LLC and is not affiliated with TikTok.

Who it is for

Agency Suite is for TikTok LIVE talent agencies: the companies that sign LIVE creators, look after them through TikTok LIVE Backstage and reward them each month. Any agency can open its own workspace. Creators do not sign up on their own; they join the agency they already work with.

  • The owner Sees the whole agency: every creator's month, the levels, the pay rules and the team. The owner sets the levels and the pay rules and decides what each member of staff can do.
  • Agents (staff) Each agent works their own book, the creators assigned to them, through their own Backstage seat. The owner can widen what an agent sees, one permission at a time.
  • Creators Each creator sees their own figures, their level, their standing and what the month comes to under the agency's rules, and nothing about anybody else.
  • Devign administrators When they help an agency, they look at its workspace read-only, with a banner on screen the whole time saying so.

What it does

  • Roster Every creator, their month and who looks after them. Filter, select in bulk, assign creators to agents, and run several markets as separate workspaces on one account.
  • Monthly figures Diamonds, diamonds from matches, valid days, LIVE duration, the number of LIVEs, new followers, PK matches, and TikTok's estimated bonus and bonus contribution, per creator and per month.
  • Levels An activeness ladder, five rungs by default, with thresholds the owner sets. Every creator can see where they stand on it.
  • Pay Pay follows levels or diamonds. A formula builder prices it against a real creator's month before it is published, and a published formula takes effect on the first of the next month.
  • Team Two staff roles, owner and agent, a permission matrix per person, a Backstage seat per member of staff, and a rotating join code with an approval queue.
  • Queues Boost requests, PK match requests, referrals, appeals, content reports, join applications and policy acknowledgements, each in a queue with a decision attached.
  • Announcements Posts to the whole agency or a chosen audience. Opening one is the read receipt, so the owner can see who has not.
  • Optional extras A points programme (a virtual in-app unit with no cash value) and an AI growth coach. Both are off until the owner turns them on.

Where the figures come from

The agency connects the TikTok Backstage login it already uses. The app signs in on the agency's behalf and reads its monthly figures. It only reads: it never posts, changes or buys anything on TikTok. It is not an official TikTok API or partnership.

The first read starts on its own and usually takes about ten minutes. After that the roster is read again about every two hours.

A read has to cover at least 88% of the roster before it may write anything, so a half-finished read never becomes a wrong number. A figure that has not been read shows as a dash, never as a zero.

When TikTok asks for a two-step verification code, the app holds the sign-in open for up to three minutes while the person whose login it is types the code into the app.

How pay by level works

The owner sets the level ladder first: five rungs by default, each with a threshold. Then the pay rules, which follow either the levels or the diamonds and are built from three parts: a share of diamonds for each rung, a bonus for holding a level, and a bonus for climbing one.

Before publishing, the owner sees the formula priced against a real creator's month. A published formula takes effect on the first of the next month, so nobody's month changes while it is running.

One creator can also have a deal of their own: a flat share, a curve, or a target, where reaching a set number of diamonds earns a fixed reward and falling short earns nothing. Overrides can be set for one creator or for a whole selection.

Every month lands in a ledger the owner marks as paid. The app works out what is owed and the agency pays people the way it already does. Amounts can be shown in Coins or in a local currency at a rate the owner sets.

Security and data

  • Backstage passwords are encrypted with a key for that agency, that market and that person. No screen, export or endpoint shows one back, and every decryption is written to an audit log.
  • A colleague's Backstage login cannot be reached by anyone else, not even the owner.
  • Every agency has its own database.
  • Every signed-in route has to declare what it is allowed to touch, or the build fails.
  • Anyone can list the devices signed in to their account and sign any of them out.
  • An account can be deleted in the app, or on the web at creatorapp.devignlb.com/account/delete without installing anything.
  • No ads, no third-party tracking, no public creator directory and no social feed.

How it differs from a spreadsheet

Many agencies run the month from a Backstage export pasted into a spreadsheet. Agency Suite replaces that routine with figures read from the agency's own account.

TaskA spreadsheetAgency Suite
Getting the figures An export copied in at month end Read from your own Backstage account about every two hours
A figure nobody read An empty cell, or a zero A dash, never a zero
Working out pay Formulas copied from tab to tab One formula, priced against a real creator before it is published, effective the first of next month
Who sees what Whoever has the file sees everything A permission matrix per person, and a pay scope of nobody, their own book, or everyone
What creators see Whatever they are sent Their own month in the app, with the same figures the agency sees
Requests from creators Direct messages Queues, each with a decision attached
A Backstage password that stopped working Found out from a creator A needs-attention row at the top of the owner's Home

How it differs from other Devign apps

  • Devign TCN Agent A read-only dashboard over the same TikTok Backstage data: roster, performance, projected agency bonus and a tier scorecard. Agency Suite is where the agency is run: levels, pay rules, staff seats and permissions, and a view for each creator.
  • Devign Creator App A separate app for the creators of Devign's own TikTok LIVE agency. It is not for other agencies. Agency Suite is the app any agency uses to run its own roster.

What it is not

  • Not a payment service. It never takes, sends, holds or processes money, and it links to no payment provider.
  • Not affiliated with TikTok. It is an independent tool. TikTok, TikTok LIVE and Diamonds are trademarks of their respective owners.
  • Not a way to get figures you do not already have. It reads the Backstage account the agency already has. No account, no figures.
  • Not a guess. Where a figure has not been read, it shows a dash, never a zero.
  • Not a violation tracker. It does not detect TikTok violations or deduct penalties. A creator can raise a problem with their agency as an appeal.
  • Not for creators to sign up alone. A creator joins an agency that already uses it.

How to get started

  1. Install the app. Download Devign Agency Suite from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Open your agency. On the Agency tab, tap "I am starting an agency", confirm your email with the six-digit code, and you are in your own workspace. It takes about a minute, with no application and no approval to wait for.
  3. Connect Backstage. Sign in with the TikTok Backstage account the agency already uses. The first read of the roster starts on its own.
  4. Bring your team and creators in. Send invitations, or share the agency's join link and approve people from the queue. Inviting unlocks once the owner's own Backstage seat has shown the agency is real.
  5. Set the rules once. Levels, shares, the pay formula and any optional programmes. From then on the month is read for you.

Questions agencies ask

How do I manage a TikTok LIVE agency roster in one place?

Open your agency in Devign Agency Suite and connect the agency's TikTok Backstage account. The roster is imported and read for you: every creator, their month and who looks after them. You can filter it, select creators in bulk, assign them to agents, and run several markets as separate workspaces on one account.

How can an agency track its creators' diamonds, LIVE hours and valid days?

Devign Agency Suite reads them from the agency's own TikTok Backstage account, per creator and per month, about every two hours after the first read. It also reads diamonds from matches, the number of LIVEs, new followers, PK matches and TikTok's estimated bonus contribution. A figure that has not been read shows as a dash, never a zero.

How do agencies pay creators by level?

In Devign Agency Suite the owner sets a level ladder, five rungs by default, and pay rules that follow either the levels or the diamonds: a share of diamonds for each rung, a bonus for holding a level and a bonus for climbing one. The formula is priced against a real creator's month before it is published and takes effect on the first of the next month. The app works out what is owed and keeps a ledger; the agency pays creators the way it already does.

Can I stop agents from seeing what other creators are paid?

Yes. In Devign Agency Suite pay visibility is set per person: nobody's, their own book's, or everyone's. Each person also has a permission matrix for everything else they can see or do.

Can each agent use their own Backstage login?

Yes. Each member of staff connects their own Backstage seat and sees the creators TikTok assigned to them. Nobody can reach a colleague's login, not even the owner.

What happens when TikTok asks for a verification code?

Devign Agency Suite holds the sign-in open for up to three minutes while the person whose login it is types the code from TikTok into the app. Then the read carries on.

Can creators see their own figures?

Yes. A creator sees their own diamonds, valid days and LIVE hours for the month, how old those figures are, their level and what it takes to hold it or climb, and their share under the agency's published rules. They see nothing about any other creator.

How do creators join an agency on Agency Suite?

By an invitation from the agency, which lasts 14 days, through the agency's join link with the owner's approval, or by signing in with TikTok. A creator cannot give themselves a place on a roster.

Does Agency Suite work in Arabic and Turkish?

Yes. The app and this website are in English, Arabic and Turkish, and Arabic uses a full right-to-left layout.

Can one company run agencies in several markets?

Yes. Each market is its own workspace with its own roster and its own Backstage login, switched from one account.

Is Devign Agency Suite an official TikTok product?

No. It is an independent tool made by Devign LLC. It reads the agency's own Backstage account on the agency's behalf and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok, TikTok LIVE and Diamonds are trademarks of their respective owners.

Does the app pay creators or hold any money?

No. Devign Agency Suite never takes, sends, holds or processes money and links to no payment service. It works out what each creator is owed and keeps the record.

Does Agency Suite detect TikTok violations?

No. It does not detect violations or deduct penalties. A creator can open an appeal with their agency from the app, and staff answer it from a queue.
