Step-by-step guide for owners, agents and creators

How to use weekly and monthly TikTok LIVE creator reports

Weekly and monthly creator reports in CN Creator App give each TikTok LIVE creator a short written look at their diamonds, LIVE time and level, which the creator reads under My reports after saying yes in the app. The agency owner sets the schedule, follows who gets a report from Who gets a report, reminds creators who have not agreed and can leave a note under any report.

CN Creator App is a TikTok LIVE agency management app: the owners, agents and creators of a creator network all use the same app.

Key facts

QuestionAnswer
What is a report? A short written summary for one creator and one period: the diamonds with a change against the period before, LIVE time, LIVE sessions, valid days, a bar for each day or week, the level and a few things to try next.
How often? One weekly report and one monthly report for each creator. The owner chooses the day and the time; each monthly report covers the whole month before.
Where do creators read them? In the app, under My reports. A notification tells the creator when a new one or a note from the agency arrives.
Where does the owner find them? Account, under Agency, then Creator reports. There the owner sets the schedule, sees who gets a report and reads every report.
Who must say yes? Each creator, in the app. A creator who has not agreed gets no report, and can turn reports off again at any time.
Which plan? Creator reports are part of the Elite plan. On Pro the app shows a plan prompt instead of the list. The Features page compares the two plans.
Is a sample available? Yes. “See a sample report” shows made-up figures so that anyone can see what a report looks like.
Languages English, Arabic and Turkish. A report is written in the creator’s language.

What each report shows

A creator’s weekly and monthly reports share one layout. A part with no figures behind it is simply not drawn.

Part of the reportWhat it shows
Headline Weekly or Monthly and the period, for example “2 Nov to 8 Nov”, the diamonds, an arrow up, down or level against the period before, and a sentence in plain words.
Tiles LIVE time and LIVE sessions, valid days, and, where the month’s figures are available, PK matches and new followers.
Bars “Day by day” for a weekly report and “Week by week” for a monthly one, with the best day or week named.
Level and place The creator’s level for the month, and “You were number N this period”, shown only to that creator.
Try next Up to three short ideas for the next period.
Notes from your agency Anything the owner or an agent wrote under that report, for the creator to read.

Who sees what

Each agency’s data is kept separate from every other agency’s, and what a person can open follows their role.

WhoWhat they can do with reports
Creator Reads their own reports and the notes under them, says yes or no thanks to written reports, turns them off again and opens a sample. Nobody else’s report is ever shown to them.
Owner Opens Account, then Creator reports. Reads the reports of every creator in the agency, sets the schedule, sees who gets a report, reminds creators and leaves notes.
Agent Sees reports only about the creators on their own roster, never the whole agency. An agent sees the notes they wrote and the owners’ notes, never another agent’s.

The steps for a creator

Eight steps, in the order most creators use them. A short video can be added to any one of them later.

  1. Step 1.Open My reports

Open the Tools tab and tap “My reports” (“A written look at each week and month”). You can also tap the notification you get when a new report is ready.

What you should see: A screen titled “My reports”, with the line “Your progress” above it.

Tip: If you cannot see My reports, your agency’s plan may not include reports. Ask your owner.

  2. Step 2.Say yes or no thanks to written reports

The first time, a card titled “Written reports” asks for your agreement. Reports are written with the help of AI from your figures, with no name, and only if you tap “Yes, turn on”. “No thanks” is an equal choice.

What you should see: After yes, the card says “Your reports are on”, with “Turn reports off” and “Read the privacy policy” under it. After no thanks, nothing is sent and your agency stops asking.

Tip: You can change your mind at any time on the same screen. Reports that were already written stay yours to read. The Privacy Policy has the details.

  3. Step 3.Read the headline of your report

Your latest report opens first. The coloured card at the top names the report, Weekly or Monthly, with its dates, and shows your diamonds for the period, with a chip that says up, down or the same against the period before.

What you should see: A sentence under the number that sums the period up in your language.

Tip: Diamonds are the headline because they are the number most creators look for first.

  4. Step 4.Read the tiles and the bars

Below the headline are tiles for LIVE time, LIVE sessions and valid days, and where available PK matches and new followers. Under them the bars show your diamonds, a day at a time in a weekly report and a week at a time in a monthly one.

What you should see: The best bar is named, for example the day with the most diamonds. A dash on a bar means that day or week is not available yet.

Tip: Compare the bars with the days you went LIVE to see what worked.

  5. Step 5.Read your level, your place and what to try next

Further down, “Level” names your level for the month and, when it applies, “You were number N this period”. “Try next” gives up to three short ideas.

What you should see: A last line says the report was written with AI from your figures and that no name is sent.

Tip: Pick one idea and try it for a week rather than all three at once.

  6. Step 6.Switch between Weekly and Monthly

Use the switch at the top to choose Weekly or Monthly. Use the arrows on the period bar, “Earlier report” and “Later report”, to go back and forward in time.

What you should see: The period label changes with each tap. If there is no report yet you see “Your first report is on its way” or “No weekly report yet”, with the date and time the next one arrives.

Tip: Your owner chooses when reports arrive, so the date is the same every week.

  7. Step 7.Read the notes from your agency

Under a report, “Notes from your agency” shows anything your owner or agent wrote about it, with their name and the date.

What you should see: A note you find unhelpful can be reported with the report button next to it.

Tip: A note is a good place to answer back: tell your agent what you will try.

  8. Step 8.See a sample report

Tap “See a sample report” (“Made-up figures, to show what a report looks like”), or “See a sample” while you have no report yet.

What you should see: A complete report with made-up figures. It is stored nowhere and nothing is sent for it.

Tip: Owners can show it to a creator who is not sure about saying yes.

The steps for the owner

Eight steps, from opening the reports to leaving a note. Only the owner has the Schedule screen.

  1. Step 1.Open Creator reports

Tap Account, then “Creator reports” under Agency (“Weekly and monthly written reports for your creators”). If your plan does not include reports, the app shows the plan prompt instead.

What you should see: A screen titled “Creator reports” with two rows, Schedule and Who gets a report, and the reports below them, newest first.

Tip: Creator reports are part of the Elite plan: see the Features page.

  2. Step 2.Open Schedule and switch reports on

Tap Schedule. Turn on “Send creator reports”. The line under it reminds you that each creator still has to say yes in the app.

What you should see: The row “Agency clock”: every time on the page is on this clock and applies to your agency’s creators only. While reports are off, a note says “Creator reports are off”.

Tip: Check the agency clock first, so the times below mean what you expect.

  3. Step 3.Choose the weekly day and time

Under “Weekly report”, tap one of the seven day chips, Monday first, then tap “Time” and pick a time. Times run from 06:00 to 23:30 in steps of half an hour, grouped as Morning, Afternoon and Evening.

What you should see: The chosen day and time shown on the row. Under it, your phone’s own time is shown when it differs from the agency clock.

Tip: Pick a time when creators are likely to be awake and near their phones.

  4. Step 4.Choose the monthly day and time

Under “Monthly report”, tap “Day of the month” and choose a day from the 1st to the 28th, then tap “Time”. Each monthly report covers the whole month before.

What you should see: The chosen day, for example “7th”, and the time. Days 1 to 28 are offered so every month has the day.

Tip: A day early in the month means creators read their last month while it is fresh.

  5. Step 5.Save and check Next reports

When you change anything, a bar “Unsaved changes” appears at the bottom: tap Save. The “Next reports” card lists when the next weekly and the next monthly report arrive, and the period each one covers.

What you should see: For each, the day, the time and a line such as “Covers 2 Nov to 8 Nov”. Until you save, a note says these are the saved times.

Tip: If you change something and change your mind, tap the button beside Save to go back to the saved times.

  6. Step 6.See who gets a report

Go back and tap “Who gets a report”. Choose This week or This month, then use the filters Everyone, Need you, Written, Queued and No LIVE, or “Find a creator”.

What you should see: A summary with the number of creators written, those who need you, those queued and those with no LIVE in the period, and each creator’s status in words, for example Written or Has not agreed.

Tip: Start with “Need you”: it lists the creators you can help to get a report.

  7. Step 7.Remind creators who have not said yes

Under “Has not said yes to AI reports”, tap Remind next to a creator, or “Remind all” for everyone. Each creator gets one notification that opens the yes or no card. You can remind everyone once a day.

What you should see: For creators who are “Not in the app yet”, a “Share invite” button sends them the join message: they need to sign in once before a report can be written. See how a creator signs in.

Tip: Ask creators in person too: a reminder works best with a human word beside it.

  8. Step 8.Open a report and leave a note

On Creator reports, tap a report to read it exactly as the creator sees it. Under it, “Add a note for the creator” takes up to 2,000 characters; tap “Send note”.

What you should see: The note appears under “Notes to the creator” and the creator sees it under their report. You can Edit or Remove a note you wrote; after Remove the creator no longer sees it.

Tip: Name one thing the creator did well, and one thing to try. Short notes are read.

You are done when

  • A creator: your first report is under My reports, and you know where to switch reports on or off.
  • An owner: Send creator reports is on, the Next reports card shows the days and times you chose, and Who gets a report shows most creators as Written.
  • An owner: every creator who has not said yes has been reminded, and creators who are not in the app yet have the join message.

Tips

  • Owners: tell creators about reports before the first one arrives, so the yes or no card is not a surprise.
  • Owners: send the weekly report at a time when you can answer questions about it.
  • Creators: read the bars first, then the idea under Try next.
  • Owners: use notes to praise something specific. A note is the only part of a report that comes from a person.
  • Everyone: open the sample report once to see what a report looks like before the first real one.

Questions owners, agents and creators ask

What are weekly and monthly creator reports in CN Creator App?

A weekly and a monthly written report for each TikTok LIVE creator. Each shows the diamonds with a change against the period before, LIVE time, LIVE sessions, valid days, a bar chart, the level and a few ideas to try. The creator reads them in the app under My reports.

Where does a creator find their reports?

Open the Tools tab and tap “My reports”. A notification also opens the reports screen when a new report or a note from the agency arrives. If the tile is missing, the agency’s plan may not include reports.

Why does a creator have to say yes first?

Reports are written with the help of AI from the creator’s figures, with no name, so each creator agrees in the app before anything is used. “Yes, turn on” and “No thanks” are equal choices, and a creator who has not said yes gets no report. The Privacy Policy describes it.

Can a creator turn reports off again?

Yes, at any time: open My reports and tap “Turn reports off”. Nothing new is written. Reports that were already written stay in the app for the creator to read, and reports can be turned on again whenever the creator likes.

How does an owner set when reports arrive?

Open Account, then Creator reports, then Schedule. Choose a weekday and a time for the weekly report, and a day from the 1st to the 28th and a time for the monthly one. Times use the agency clock, and each monthly report covers the whole month before.

How does an owner see who gets a report?

On Creator reports tap “Who gets a report”. Choose This week or This month and filter by Everyone, Need you, Written, Queued or No LIVE. Each creator’s status is written out, for example Written, Has not agreed, Not in the app yet or No LIVE this period.

How do I remind creators who have not agreed?

In Who gets a report, creators who have not said yes are listed with a Remind button, and “Remind all” sends everyone one notification that opens the yes or no card. You can remind everyone once a day. Creators who are not in the app yet get a Share invite button instead.

Can an owner write to a creator about a report?

Yes. Open the report and use “Add a note for the creator”. The creator sees it under their report as “Notes from your agency”. You can edit or remove a note you wrote, and a removed note disappears for the creator.

Who can read a creator’s report?

The creator it is about, the owner, and an agent only if the creator is on that agent’s own roster. Each agency’s data is kept separate from every other agency’s, and what a person can open follows their role.

Is there a sample report?

Yes. Tap “See a sample report” on My reports, or on the owner’s Creator reports screen. It uses made-up figures, is stored nowhere and shows exactly how a real report looks.

Are creator reports part of every plan?

No. They are part of the Elite plan. On Pro the owner’s Creator reports row opens a plan prompt instead of the list. The Features page compares the two plans.

Does CN Creator App pay creators or move money through reports?

No. Reports describe diamonds, LIVE time and level. CN Creator App never moves money, the payout ledger is read-only and payouts happen outside the app.
